Corporate Duties Agency Agreement
This document is used when the company owner (the Owner) wishes to subscribe to and acquire as beneficial owner shares of the Company and is willing to manage, administer and generally act with respect to the Shares through the Agent which will be the joint registered holders of the Shares. the Agent shall conduct its affairs on the understanding that they will act as nominee and Agent of the Owner in respect of the Shares.
